Dr Amit Bugalia is a Laboratory Medicine consultant, a post-doctoral fellow of CMC Vellore and an ex-faculty of All India Institute of Medical Sciences. He is a Diplomate of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine and Founder of WellGreen Health and takes a keen interest in developing laboratory protocols for lifestyle medicine. Passionate about healthy living, he strives to make a difference in people’s lives through lifestyle modification. He loves endurance sports and is an Ironman 70.3 finisher.
