I am a family physician working at Seethapathy Clinic and Hospital, in Chennai. I have always had a special interest in preventive health, metabolic disorders and lifestyle disorders and am passionate about nutrition and exercise.

Education and Work Experience:

 I completed my MBBS from JSS Medical College, Mysore and went on to join the Indian Army Medical Corps as a general duty medical officer.  My duties apart from general practice involved conducting medical health camps, health education activities and preventive health checks for serving personnel and their families. I was also posted at a remote high-altitude area for two years, where I dealt with conditions specific to high altitude and the cold, in addition to routine cases.

After completing my short service commission In Dec 2005, I did a postgraduate diploma in Family medicine from CMC Vellore.

I also completed my MRCGP (Int) exam in 2017 and I am an active member of The Royal College of General Practitioners.
 
I successfully passed the IBLM exam in 2021 and am a certified LM physician and a diplomate of the IBLM.
